Description
These NO PREP guided notes are a great way to introduce your students to determining the slope (unit rate) between two proportional quantities, write equations in the form y = mx to represent the relationship, and graph lines given the equation and/or slope and ordered pair!
This student-approved resource will save you time and help you teach this skill with confidence. When you are done, students will have a reference sheet to use all year long!
Topics Included:
- y = mx
- Includes positive and negative slope.
- The y-intercept is limited to the origin (0,0)
- Graph lines using the slope and an ordered pair
- Graph a line given the equation in the form y = mx
